ISU by vianreps ISU by vianreps
Multipurpose support robot, designed mostly for urban warfare. Moves in front of the infantry, detects and disarms IED's. Equipped with two heavy flamethrowers.

Can be modified to provide medical assistance on the battlefield.

Movement: A pair of thrusters is build into rotating cylinder (reactor inside) to hoover above ground, second pair of thrusters are located in the back.
Main manipulators are used to stabilize the movement. Can jump up to 5 meters, but not so often - short overcharge bursts.

An awesome design,I especially like the shaping of that "face"-section with those little illuminting things aligned to it.Are those meant to be optical sensors? That guys quite huge for a bomb droid, does that tail section serve as another manipulator for the finer stuff?Otherwise Id think those secondaries would appear a little too big for handling little wires and stuff while disarming mines and stuff..
